Every season brings the same pressure: a tight window, a fixed crew, and clients who all want their shoot scheduled in the same two weeks. This project was about building a booking system that respects those constraints instead of fighting them. We mapped the full cycle from inquiry to delivery, then simplified the handoffs so nothing gets lost between the first call and the final edit.
