These terms describe how Stars Media Studio delivers creative services and how you, as a client, can expect the work to proceed. Read them before commissioning a project so there are no surprises later.
Stars Media Studio provides visual content production, including photography direction, video editing, brand identity design, and social media asset creation. Each project begins with a written brief that defines deliverables, timelines, and the number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed brief is quoted separately before it starts.
You agree to provide accurate reference materials, brand guidelines, and any required assets within the agreed schedule. Delays in supplying these materials may shift the delivery date. You also confirm that you hold the rights to any content you share with us for use in your project.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the purpose stated in the project brief. Stars Media Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed before the project begins.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the brief. Additional rounds are billed at the studio's standard hourly rate. Final approval is confirmed in writing by email; work delivered after that approval is considered a new request.
Stars Media Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as sales growth or follower counts, from creative work.
Either party may end a project with written notice. If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed up to that point. If the studio terminates, a refund is issued for any unused prepaid balance. Files already delivered remain licensed under the terms above.
