How a project moves from first call to final delivery

Every commission follows the same path: a short discovery call, a written brief, a moodboard, then production and a final review. You always know which stage we are in, what you need to approve, and when the next deliverable lands in your inbox.

From first call to final delivery, each project follows the same clear path. No vague promises, just a sequence of concrete steps with defined outputs.

How we work

A clear process from first call to final delivery

Every project follows the same practical sequence. You always know what happens next, what we need from you, and when you can expect to see results.

Creative consultation

We start with a free 30-minute call to understand your story, your audience, and the visual direction you have in mind. No jargon, no pressure — just a conversation about what you need and what your budget allows.

Moodboard and concept

Within five working days you receive a moodboard with reference images, color palettes, and a short concept note. This is where we align on the look and feel before any production begins.

Production and direction

We handle the shoot or design session with a small crew. You get a shot list beforehand, and we keep you updated during the day so there are no surprises when the files arrive.

Editing and review

Post-production takes one to two weeks depending on the scope. You receive a first draft, we collect your notes, and we refine until the result matches the moodboard we agreed on.

Final delivery

You get all final files in the formats you need — web-ready, print-ready, or both. We also include a short style guide so your future content stays consistent without us.

From first call to final delivery

Every project follows the same loose structure. We keep the steps short on purpose, so there is room to adapt when a shoot or a brand direction changes mid-way.

Brief and moodboard

We start with a 30-minute call about your goals, references, and budget range. Then we send a moodboard with color palettes, lighting references, and framing ideas so we agree on the visual direction before any camera work.

Concept and shot list

Based on the moodboard, we draft a concept note and a practical shot list. For video projects this becomes a storyboard; for photo sessions it is a location and styling plan. You get a clear document to approve or adjust.

Production day

We work with a small crew, usually two or three people, so the set stays calm and fast. You know who is doing what, and we keep the schedule tight enough to respect your time and the location permit.

Edit and color grade

After the shoot we select the strongest frames, edit the sequence, and grade the color to match the approved palette. You receive a first cut or contact sheet within a week, with clear notes on what we changed and why.

Final delivery

We deliver the final files in the formats you need, from social media crops to print-ready exports. The project folder also includes a short style guide, so your next campaign can pick up where this one left off.
